"This cabin is absolutely perfect. This was exactly what we needed as a little weekend getaway. Perfect for 2 people. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful loved the rustic look. Hot tub and fire pit were a perfect spot for relaxing on the cooler nights. Iron Rail Pub was great for food and the locals were super nice. The hose was very pleasant to deal with answered questions very quickly. Will definitely be booking again here."

"This hotel was a great choice for my family. It was so clean and breakfast had good selection. They were very accommodating to put us next to another family we were traveling with. Kate at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again when traveling in the area. My only complaint is that with how heavy the doors were, you’d think they would decrease sound from the hallway. We could hear other guests clearly through the door. But nothing through the walls which was a plus since we were traveling with small children. "

As others have said, it is close to the road so cars are occasionally audible--but the sound of the river drowns out most noises. The treehouse itself was exactly as it was advertised: not posh, quite tiny, but a perfect place for someone who just wants to be by themself. I also appreciated the swings, chairs, and fire pit and very reasonably-priced wood; also provided a grate on which to place a frying pan (provided) and a couple other basic cooking items.
