You need only walk (or ski) less than a quarter-mile to reach the base of Sugarbush Resort from this cozy condo, ideally located right in the heart of Sugarbush Village. Ski lifts, equipment rentals, fantastic restaurants - they're all within steps of you here.

This compact apartment occupies half of a duplex property at Sugarbush, a Vermont resort known and loved for its two mountains (Mt. Ellen and Lincoln Peak), 111 trails, and terrain covering 2,600 vertical feet. You'll be less than two miles from Sugarbush Resort Golf Club, three miles from small-town Warren, and just over seven miles from Mad River Glen Cooperative as well.

Walk home from a thrilling day of skiing or hiking to unwind in the comfortable living space. Grab a change of clothes from the washer/dryer, fix a few appetizers in the country kitchenette (with a fridge, freezer, and stovetop), and head out to enjoy a delicious dinner in the village. In the evenings, play board games at the kitchen table, use the complimentary WiFi to plan the next day's adventures, and get a restful night's sleep in two bedrooms upstairs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
