"Whiffletree Manor House is A beautifully preserved, but still updated house. Our out-of-town guests couldn’t get over how nice it was, both the overnight guests and the ones who came to a baby shower we had there. Not only is the house lovely but so are the grounds, there’s even a swing hanging from one of the trees to make it look that much more picturesque. We would definitely rent this house again for when we have people visiting. "

"We had about 21 extended family members staying in the large farmhouse. The property was gorgeous! There was plenty of room and beds to accommodate. The game room was huge and well-stocked with games/books/tv/pool table/ping pong table and foosball. The week we were there was very hot, but the air conditioning worked well. The outdoor pool was refreshing and came stocked with toys/floaties. Wally stopped by and gave us a tour of the property including the pond for fishing. Wally and Patricia...

"We were a group of 8 retired women visiting for the Solheim Cup. It was very convienent to the course, restuarants. Beautiful sunrises. Kitchen had everything you would need. Outside deck and furniture was nice, but in need of cleaning off. Kitchen had a big table that we could all eat at. The only thing we had a problem with was there were a lot of bunk beds and being seniors, we did not feel comfortable climbing up to the tops. But we improvised. Overall, it was an amazing weekend."

"We had an excellent 4-night stay at Rachelle and Don's cabin. They were good communicators and eager to please. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable with a modern vibe. We loved how quiet it was. The large elevated deck overlooking the woods was great for enjoying our morning coffee and having dinner and a drink. It's close to local hiking and not far from a nice small town and Shenandoah National Park, etc. We would definitely recommended this cabin (and we'll be back)."
