"Our original accommodation was unavailable due to a water leak but we got no notice from the hotel, who had to scramble to get us accommodation in the main hotel for 1 night and then in an alternative apartment for 2 nights. It broke our stay and was very inconvenient. Unfortunately the noise levels in both alternate places was appalling. Loud music from the local, pubs blaring until 3am in the morning. No idea why Liverpool City allows this."

"5 minute walk to the town centre which was really great! Clean inside, lovely place. Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner. Great price I paid was very impressed! "

"Saw a lot of negative reviews after I'd booked bit before I stayed. Was pretty nervous. Have to say though I was very happy with the place. I stayed in apartment 37, and though there was definitely a smell in the bathroom, dodgy drains etc, fixed this problem pretty much by giving the toilet a good bleaching. The freezer was heavily frozen over, I'm guessing it wasn't closing properly. Beyond those issues though I would recommend this place, views are pretty unbeatable in Liverpool, I loved...

"Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment"
