Downtown Warwick, just a 5-minute walk from the house, offers many great shops, cafes and restaurants. Legoland is 20 minutes away!

Warwick Village is a beautiful and fun place in the Hudson Valley to visit for a weekend or a week, stay for weddings, bachelorette weekends, birthday adventures or just for a night, we have wineries, antiques, gift shops, live music and restaurants galore. A bus ride from NYC, 20 minutes to Woodbury Commons, 35 to West Point and Storm King Art Center, walking distance to Pioneer Farms Wedding Venue or short hop to Warwick Valley Winery. 19 miles to the new Watch Tower Headquarters property in Sterling Forest, it is a country route and very pretty, 40 minutes to Watchtower Farms in Wallkill and 90 to the Patterson Educational school. 10 minutes to the new Bon Shen Ling Center on Little York Road, Penning's Orchard and Cidery are just around the corner, apple and pumpkin farms are everywhere...Take a quick drive to Wawayanda State Park (over 34,000 acres!) with sandy lake beachfront, boat and canoe rentals, and miles of hiking/mountain biking trails. 7 miles to Greenwood Lake (the largest lake in Orange County), 6 miles to Sugarloaf Arts and Crafts Village, 10 minutes to Sterling Forest, New York Renaissance Festival and Spartan Race, 15 minutes to Vernon, NJ for skiing at Mountain Creek as well as Crystal Springs and Minerals Spa. Super place and hosts
The house was perfectly situated for our needs - being close to some great walks (part of the Appalachian trail passes a few miles away). But also central to the 3 Watchtower Bethels we wanted to visit. Host was very quick to respond when we couldn't find something (our fault - we missed it). House very nicely furnished with outside furniture too in a quiet back garden - good place for bird spotting. Absolutely recommend.

Perfect getaway
We were coming to Warwick to visit friends and the house was very cute and comfortable for 4 adults. Happened to visit during Apple Fest and it’s a short walk to the quaint downtown. Would definitely book again.

Cute cozy cottage
This house was perfect for our family's getaway to the mountains! This cozy cottage was walking distance from a variety of restaurants and shops and a short drive from Legoland and Woodbury Commons. Our only feedback was that the air conditioners needed a good scrub, one of the lamps in the bedrooms had some bugs that managed to get stuck in it, and there wasn't a blow dryer. These are are very easy fixes and wouldn't deter us from coming back. Matthew and Janet were great hosts and did call to check in and let us know that they were accessible if we needed them, which I greatly appreciated!

Best Host Yet!
My family and I have stayed in many vrbo homes, but this has been the best experience. It was in a good location for those who are visiting the JW branch offices. Great Visit
This was the best stay we have had in the over 35 years of going back to NY to visit family. Was such a refreshing change to be able to have family and friends come to our place to visit. The Host couldn't have been nicer in working with us as we were first time Vrbo users and made a few mistakes. The house was wonderful, and they had everything they promised and more. Thanks for making our visit the best ever.

Hosts welcomed us with cookies from Noble Pies, milk for my young child and dog supplies for my two dogs. Hosts were easy to reach and communicate with. Home has all you need to enjoy a short or long stay!
