We had such a lovely stay here in St. George. We had all the accommodations we needed. We loved that this location was close to all the trails and stores! It was a clean, and cozy home!

We went for baseball and it was perfect. Kids loved the pool, lazy river, and the slide. We played games at the house we appreciate all the added amenities.

This place was perfect for our family. Lots of room for the family and our fur babies. Everyone had plenty of room. Super comfortable Easy on and off the freeway. Not far from downtown St George. Kids loved the pool!

Perfect Retreat

Had a good time in this hidden spot, after a day of enjoyment at the Zion national park, arriving at the townhouse and taking some time in the lazy river, pool and jacuzzi has been a plus for us. The townhouse is super clean, really comfortable beds with all the necessary essentials to cook breakfasts. Beautiful spot! well recommended to friends and family to explore St. George and Zion National Park.

Great Stay!

This was a great location for access to downtown St. George. This property is very clean, easy to get in and out of, and really spacious. I loved how well-stocked the kitchen was. That was extremely helpful. Thanks so much! We will come back for sure. We loved it.

Family vacation

Great property! Lot of things to do! The pool was so much fun for my teens and grandkids! The house was clean but could use some extra attention! Lots of carpet dirty spots a shampoo would go along way. Great communication with property managers. Not sure if the additional app is new to VRBO or just this property but was not a fan of the access to information through the app. Overall we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely go back!

Family Soccer Trip

We came down for a soccer tournament and wanted to bring our pets and the place was accommodating to that which was nice. The place was nice and had everything we needed and the communications between them and me was great! The weather wasn't great when we came down so we couldn't use the bikes like we were hoping for. Maybe next time

Family fun

There was so much to entertain the kids, we had something different almost every day. The proximity to Zion made a day trip totally worth the drive. The heated pool and lazy river were huge hits, as well as the two jacuzzi’s. The pickle ball courts were always busy, even at night and after a rain! But the kids didn’t mind waiting for a court….they loved the game even without fully knowing the rules! There were bikes for riding and a path for riding and walking. Lots of new construction….it seems a very popular area for outdoors! The only complaint was the pet hair left on the rugs and under the couches. Otherwise the condo was well furnished with plenty of beds for four adults and five kids.

vacation at Escondido townhome

nice area , nice townhome . minimal amenities , 2 pickleball courts which were open during the week but from Thursday through Sunday always busy. The pool apparently has been in progress for a year is not yet completed. Very busy area on weekends with lots of cars/trucks/trailers parked in the street. The townhome itself was nice , very basic cooking supplies , spices , no rug at the doors to wipe feet off, or to put your shoes . The town home doesn't seem to have the enhanced covid cleaning that is advertised ( what ever that means) surprised at no protective covering on pillows or mattress. Just some things that I would have if I were the owner or property manager. Overall it was a nice place. KC

I would have given this rental five stars except for two things. First, the pool key/pass was missing when we got there and we were never able to get a new one because the staff said they ran out of them. Fortunately, people already at the pool seemed aware of the problem and were nice enough to let us in. Second, the pool slide was blocked off and wasn't running. I don't know if it was formerly running and malfunctioned, or if it was never finished yet, but the description in the information made it sound like it would be running. Other than that, the house was great and really clean. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the lazy.

Good Little Rental - but…..

The place is simple and comfortable. It is clearly just a rental property. The property management team is all smiles and then threatening at the same time. There needs to be a few things improved - garage door opener (we had to run around all week to open the front door and then open the garage door). It is not a well stocked kitchen unless you love plastic. I clean constantly and they left me no cleaning supplies… I literally hate paying a cleaning bill and a management fee to a company that threatens you with more fees if you don’t step up and clean for them. Seriously, why do I have to strip my beds and take the garbage downstairs when I pay you a ton to clean it for us. It is a profit oriented rather than people oriented. Good rental but be ready for the Red Sands Prop. Management.
