Brand new with super cute furnishings and decor. Whole community was brand new and a welcoming vibe. Spotless unit. Would absolutely recommend. We only stayed one night so didn’t have time to use community amenities, but loved the apartment. Very comfortable plus fully stocked kitchen (without going overboard) for ease in cooking at home. Map on Vrbo showed a location at the center of town which is wayyyyy off. Property is 15 minutes east. Close to airport, which was nice for us. But if you’re hoping to be St. George central, this isn’t for you.

Great house with lots of decor to keep you comfortable - rugs, lamps, pillows. Nice beds, pillows, bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, juicer, waffle maker, etc. - very well equipped - but no spices, oils, tinfoil, etc. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay for an extended weekend. The location was perfect for us and the area was quiet. The property had a decent (kind of dirty) pool, pickle ball court and plenty of parking available. My only issue was the bedding. Two of the beds weren’t made, and the other three had dirty sheets still on.

Nice Place, Beautiful Area, Great Facilities and Comfortable Living. I like the rural setting of the complex. Even though there is development around the area, there are open spaces all around. Grandchildren had a wonderful time in the pool and playground. Looking forward to next autumn to use the complex again.

Funeral weekend
We buried my mother this weekend in st George and needed a place where we could relax and feel peaceful during our down time. This was the perfect location for us. We had our three children and my best friend with us. On the night after the funeral we had a handful of family members over to share stories of my mom. It was a wonderful healing home and I am so grateful for the opportunity to stay here.
