Another lady when I reported this was report that their door didn't lock on the inside and they had to put a chair against it to feel secure. Overall the place is not kept up. "This was the 4th time we have stayed here, and they do not disappoint. Hotel was clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great with more options than I would expect. We requested extra pillows and used many, many towels, and they accommodated us with a smile. We will return."

"The staff are all completely 'chill'... no attitude or curtness. They actually care if you have/had a good stay. They work hard and have a lot of patience, which means a lot. The rooms are always clean and nothing ever looks like it needed to be replaced or fixed. The place also appears to be a 'working man's' hotel, because there were a lot of contractors that stayed. Props to this because the people that run the hotel work as hard as the men and women who maintain our infrastructure. At any rate, this is the place to stay if you visit or work in the Vincennes area."
