The Space
This 1500 square foot home boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a separate half bath, making it the perfect spot for families, friends and business travelers.

1st Floor
On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa and a Samsung 55″ Crystal 4K UHD Roku TV with over 100 channels of DIRECTV Stream (channel lineup in photos).

There’s also a dedicated workspace featuring a desk and a brand-new Brother MFC-J4535DW printer/scanner/copier, making it easy to handle any business or personal printing needs during your stay.

In addition, you’ll enjoy a dining area that seats 6, a half bath, and an updated kitchen with all the amenities you need, including infant/toddler flatware. A complimentary Pack ‘n Play and 2 high chairs are also available upon request.

2nd Floor
The spacious main bedroom features a King bed, private en-suite with a walk-in shower, and a Samsung 40" 4K TV with 100+ DIRECTV Stream channels.
The guest room offers two Twin beds or a King bed with our bed bridge kit, and includes a full private bath with a deep tub and shower.

Location, location, location
My family and I spent four nights here on a sightseeing vacation. I can recommend this property without reservation. The property is extremely clean and the location can’t be beat. The neighborhood is safe and close to both the Mall and Georgetown. Whole foods and Metro both 3 blocks away. Highest praise: I would select this property again if I was in the District.

We take an annual trip to DC each year and have stayed in several rentals. This is by far the best one. Andrew was an excellent host and this rental had all of the amenities needed for a great stay - coffee, spices, laundry detergent, all of the items one might need but doesn’t want to purchase for a short trip. Perfect home away from home for family sightseeing trip. Very clean and comfortable accommodations on pretty, tree-lined street that is in great location for walking to sights and restaurants. Perfect Location for Exploring DC
The stay was just perfect: location was on a leafy quiet street but just a few blcks away from the hustle and bustle. Metro station was an easy walk and it was just the ideal base for a trip to DC. Superb amenities and decor (modern chic) and the property has loads of character. The little touches were so nice such as welcome music playing on the alexa when we arrived and plush hand soap throughout. Andrew was so accomodating and answered all questions so quickly and was always on hand. He was the perfect host. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to DC! Highly recommend this property

Great Location
Very modern, well appointed clean townhouse was perfect for our DC visit. It was close to the Metro station which allowed us to zip around and visit all the tourist sites with ease. It is also close to Whole Foods and several casual restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific location
The townhouse was perfect for a family stay for sightseeing. A short easy walk to the Foggy Bottom-GW metro stop with Whole Foods nearby, it was clean, great layout, well appointed with a very convenient parking spot. Fantastic location

Our family of 5 had a great time and highly recommend this great find of a townhome. Quiet, historic street, close to the national mall and metro for sightseeing. Fun in Foggy Bottom
The property itself is gorgeous and clean. There are many beautiful neighborhoods to walk through nearby, and amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants are very close too. Another bonus is that within walking distance, you can tour many of the beautiful government monuments, and then walk to historic restaurants such as old Ebbitt Grill. We had a great time!

Easy and fantastic stay in Foggy Bottom
My family and I (husband, and 3 kids 15, 10, and 8) all had a wonderful stay here. The communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. He answered any questions we had very thoroughly. Check in and out was seamless. The property was just as described, clean, and organized with plenty of space for us to comfortably enjoy our time. The location was fantastic - on a beautiful quiet, tree lined street - and very close to the metro. Lots of great restaurants and Trader Joe's within walking distance. Great coffee available for the morning too! We will definitely be recommending it to friends or family and will be bak ourselves.
