My daughter & I spent one night here because we were seeing a show at the Kennedy Center. Great location, walkable, and our room was simple, but clean and had everything you needed for a night's stay! Definitely saving this place for future nights out in DC.

Quaint little home turned into various rooms to stay. Small but nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Very convenient to Georgetown shopping and restaurants. No parking and no live person on the property to assist you though. Check-in through a kiosk that was not straight forward.

this was a great area to stay in and the property itself was a lot nicer than we expected for the price point. keep in mind it’s along the canal and might be noisy sometimes. we will definitely stay here again.
