The Fantastic Getaway is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse at Coral Ridge Resort. Fully stocked with all the necessities. It is conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16, and a short drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. A secure, secluded location but still centrally located to all of Southern Utah's hot spots. In this property, we have implemented our signature clean.
Fantastic Getaway offers a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, as well as, all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home!
The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There is a master suite on the main floor with a king bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds, 4th bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a futon. It has an Xbox 360, various games, and also an extra twin mattress.
All rooms have LED TVs and smart/DVD/Blu-ray Players. Sleeps 10 to 12 in beds. 10 adults, 12 if some are kids. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.
There is also a private patio with outdoor dining and natural gas BBQ. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials.
The clubhouse offers 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, an exercise room, a ping pong room, and a foosball room. The clubhouse, fishing pond, and playground are within close walking distance. This area also has beautiful views of Zion and Pine Valley Mountain.
The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.
We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, pool floaters, indoor toddler toys, outdoor badminton set, portable folding table and chairs, games and puzzles, Netflix, and tv.
If you use the patio umbrella, please keep the wind in mind and lower it when you are not there to keep an eye on it.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a soft-sided cooler and ice packs, toddler booster seat, wine glasses, coffee machine and filters, crockpot, electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.
Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am.
Please remember there is no smoking on or near the premises, and pets are not allowed. There will be a minimum of $200 fine for either infraction.
For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.
The code to the front door will be given to you on the day of your arrival.
The property has a 2 car garage and 2 car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. If you have an RV, ATV, trailer, boat, or extra vehicles, Block Storage (one mile north) at 6105 W 240 N is available for $10 per space per day.
There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.
