Process needs work.
"It was clean and friendly. Well located too. However we checked in at 8:30 pm and the next day someone walked into our room. The hotel's software didn't record that we had checked in and marked us as a no-show and they gave our room away. Glad we were in the room so we could deal with the person. ..."

"It's conveniently located with easy access to CMU, downtown etc. We love staying in this property. This is our 4th stay. we stay here when we come to drop off our kid to college or visit her. Apartment is very neat, self sufficient even for longer stays. Love it"
