"I travel extensively and was impressed by the immaculate condition of the room. New towels? Nice shampoo and soaps? At this price? It was spotlessly clean without any visible signs of wear. For this price point, in this neighborhood, I can easily say it was a bargain. I was also delighted to meet the husband and wife owners. Incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They reminded me of an old neighbor, who you could sit and chat with for hours. A true Fort Worth gem of a property."

"You pay for the location. Depending on how important "walkable is to you, the cost for this type of hotel could be worth it to you. In a different location I would give this hotel a 2-3 star."
