Enjoy the quiet setting of country living when you stay at this one bedroom, one bath home in Water Valley. This charming house sits on an acre of land in the country. Pets allowed upon approval from the host. $30 cleaning fee for each approved pet. 2 pet maximum

There are many attractions in the surrounding area. Paducah River Front is a place you could spend the whole day. Discovery Park in Union City Tn. is a "need to see". Columbus State park and LBL are close by also. After a full day of adventure, enjoy an evening of quality time around the fire pit, (No need to buy wood, plenty is provided) or play a game of mega chess under the big oak tree. You will find amenities like barbecue grill, an iron, heating, AC, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi, everything you need is at your fingertips. Kickback, relax, and enjoy Peace in the Valley.

This was our 2nd time to stay. Jo is a very hospitable host. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. We would defiantly stay again if we are in the area!!

Great hospitality!
Jo was a great host! Very quick to answer any questions we had. We had a wedding in the area and she provided us with a late night snack, for when we came in, as well as several breakfast choices! Everything we would need was provided but there was a DG just around the corner if we needed anything!
