"My wife and I had a lovely time here. Samuel's Heritage guest house was very comfortable and quiet. Our room was very spacious and clean. The house sits on a hill on its own deadend road overlooking Waterford and the river, beautiful views. You don't hear a thing at night. It's about a 10 minute drive from the city centre. For breakfast there is everything you could want and plenty of it. Susan is a very welcoming and attentive host. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel a little tired may need a refresh but the rooms are very clean and very big especially for Europe. Everything was workable and good. Hotel staff was very nice and they had a great bar and fabulous breakfast. Walking distance to House of Waterford, right on the water and walking to many shops, restaurants and bars. "

"This property is just so wonderful! Every single staff member is eager to help you. They greet you when you first drive up, have easily accessible parking as well as valet for those that need it. Incredibly comfortable beds that you can sink into after a long day of exploring. The rooms and entire estate are decorated immaculately and with great taste. Just gorgeous. We also had dinner on property. The hound did not disappoint. I had the steak with the peppercorn sauce and it is a must try! We also had breakfast the next morning which was included with your stay and it was a wonderful buffet with lots to choose from! This estate is absolutely the most affordable stay we had for the money and was one of the highlights of our stay here in Ireland! 🇮🇪Thank you so much!"
