"Definitely not worth £500.. checkin reception, Lack of information given about hotel and room. Not guided and advised where exactly our so called.sweet was as different building to hotel. No toothpaste, showercaps or essentials which you get in average hotels now days. No stocked mini fridge.. sauna was not even hot enough even after hour. "We booked superior deluxe thinking it would be a bit more spacious but was no different to our friends superior double apart from the cost difference. Dont like the join in the bed at all, so uncomfortable and a proper dent in the middle. We didnt eat here so cant comment on that. The lounge and staff were lovely. The
