"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"The house was very clean. I don't think it would support a party of six. The kitchen has no counter space and is not really equipped with what it would need for that group size. I would recommend adding a moveable island and more dishes and sharper knifes. Would be an easy fix. The location was good in that we where doing things in all the small towns in the area. The only draw back was the house is set back on a 2 lane highway. Lots of road noise all day and into the evening. I am sure...

"We struggle to contact the owner via vrbo app but thos was not their fault. The appartment was great. Clean, spacius. Water in fridge. Coffee machine. Washing machine and dryer. I just feel the day rate plus the clean fee makes a 1 night stay quite expensive. "

"We had a fabulous stay with the kids, grandparents and dogs. The house is so loved with lots of thoughtful touches. Soap by every sink seems such a simple thing but so many rentals you arrive at and then have to visit the shop for things that aren't there. This place has everything! The cabin itself would have been amazing enough, but the trails, pond and river just made it that much more of an escape from the real world. The cabin is perfectly located between Niagara/Buffalo and Rochester. This allowed us easy rides to Niagara Falls, and two trips to Rochester to see the Red Wings play and go to the Planetarium. "I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!"
