"We’ve just returned from an amazing 3-week stay at this villa and genuinely didn’t want to leave. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home from home – warm, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which instantly made us feel at ease and ready to relax.The villa was exactly as advertised on the listing, if not better in person. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we quickly settled into holiday mode.The highlight for us was definitely the pool and outdoor area. It was such a beautiful, private space and we made the most of it every single day. The area gets sunshine from morning through to evening, so whether it was relaxing with a coffee first thing, swimming in the afternoon, or enjoying a drink as the sun set, it was perfect. The outdoor furniture and layout made it ideal for both lounging and dining al fresco.We also really appreciated how peaceful the neighbourhood was. It felt quiet and safe throughout our stay, and the manned security at the entrance was an unexpected bonus that gave us even more peace of mind. At the same time, the location is convenient – just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and everything else we needed.Overall, we had the most fantastic time. The villa gave us the space, comfort, and privacy we were hoping for, and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free getaway in a"

"The home was very spacious and accommodating. All of the bedrooms have bathrooms in the room. Beautiful pool home. However, I was grossed out when I discovered that we had been sleeping on molded linen. Also, the tv downstairs didn’t work and we couldn’t figure out which remote controls the tv, because there were four different remotes. But anyway we made the best out of trip and we enjoyed the home; except for the two things that I mentioned."

"We enjoyed our time in Davenport and the home was great for our large family. Note that the pool is larger than other house pools we’ve had in this community and also deeper at 7 feet deep so the drop off started earlier than we expected. "

"On checking in to the villa we noted numerous problems. The air conditioning did not work until a repairman was sent days later; the spa/pool did not heat, leaving us with cold pool for days. I am still waiting for a refund of the 25 per day pool heat surcharge. Towels and pillows were very worn out and it seemed overall that there had been little expenditure in basic upkeep. Garbage disposal also did not work until repaired by David. Many light bulbs were not working, some were replaced by David. Even the universal remote had problems (mute button did not work). The house itself was large and in a beautiful neighborhood. In my eight years of renting homes on VRBO this home was the most disappointing because due to lack of upkeep, it did not live up to its potential. This is the first VRBO review I have felt strongly enough to complete."

"My group enjoyed our retreat stay at this property. There are plenty of bedrooms, so everyone enjoyed their own space, and the back patio was great. One note, though: If you book this property (or any within the Watersong community) coordinate the transportation for all of your guests ahead of time to only have two to four drivers for your stay. This particular property can only hold 2 vehicles, so plan that accordingly. I'm grateful to our host Tom for his graciousness and patience as we navigated that part. I appreciate Tom's responsiveness through the app. He answered all my questions and contacted me when any time-sensitive adjustments were necessary. "
