"The hotel was lovely, the glasshouse is very nice with good cocktails and snacks. Had the best massage ever with a Thai lady called Joe. Hotel could do with modernising in the hall ways but apart from that stunning. We will return in the summer with the children next time. "

"Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. Brought my daughter, son and son in law to the pub and they loved it as well. Walking distance to Watford Junction station and a great little coffee spot called Viento just around the corner. "

"Very pleasantly surprised by my stay here! Lovely staff on check-in, think his name was Eric. The room was very comfortable and clean, lovely dove products in the bathroom and great shower. Only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to book again! "
