"We experienced a couple of initial issues—a cold room upon arrival and a ripped duvet cover—but the staff responded promptly by replacing the duvet within five minutes. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with very good meals and courteous, accommodating service."

"Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. "Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. We stayed whilst walking the Ridgeway. Little bit of a hike down into the town but the hotel & made it worth the effort!
