Certainly enjoyed the open concept but floors were filthy. Everyone’s feet were black from the floors. Garbage and recycling left from previous renters.
Master bath sink plugged with standing water when we arrived, needed to use tub faucet which we needed to fix the handle first. Fire pit on deck was full of ashes. Don’t think insurance company would approve its location. Couldn’t use the fire pit down the hill since weeds and brush overgrown.
Far from a gourmet kitchen - pots and pans dirty and had nothing to scrub them either. No baking dishes. Crock pot filthy. Minimal silverware. Toaster doesn’t work. No waffle maker or flat top for pancakes. No dishwasher soap to use. No paper toweling. No tissues either.
Dryer also not working, no heat.
Only room for one vehicle in garage, rest of garage used as storage. Old grill along side garage.
All in all, this log home has such potential if it had necessary basic upkeep. Basement unfinished and lower deck is a disaster. Biggest disappointment was when we returned back to the house on the second day and the garage door was wide open. Called Willie, the manager who said he was at the house to pick up totes out of garage. Certainly was disrespectful since he came without any notice. We had our dogs along, they were on high alert the rest of the stay.
Pontoon ran well but also in need of repair. Canopy is torn, boat lights do not work, and the front gate has been removed and replaced with a plastic chain.
