Full equipped kitchen with air fryer, microwave oven, coffee pot, toaster, conventional oven, large refrigerator with automatic ice maker. House is equipped with wi-fi, leather furniture in living room central air conditioning and large screen television. Living room has three couches, 1 is a futon that can be used as a bed. Bathroom includes shower/tub and hair dryer. All linens and bath towels provided. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes from Fond du Lac, 25 Minutes from Oshkosh, 45 minutes from Madison and 60 minutes from the Fox Cities and Milwaukee. Supper club/restaurant/bar 1 block from residence. Ideal rental for EAA, Little League tourneys, hunting the Horicon marsh, Truck n show, Volksfest, Milwaukee conventions, Badger games, NFL draft.
