"The area is nice, but the location sometimes makes it hard to enter the highway. They hotel was clean, but there are not alot of ammenities within the hotel. Dunkin doughnuts is in the parking lot as well as a restaurant, so that helped. It is close to everything with 30 minutes. Breakfast is the normal hotel stuff and wasnt bad."

"We have stayed in this hotel 5 or 6 times it is very newly remodeled very nice breakfast if you were having surgery at Martha Jefferson it is the perfect location that is why we have stayed here The only bad thing is when Need a cart To how your luggage You have to push the card outside in the dark To get to your room You cannot do it from the inside of the hotel They need to have a ramp instead of steps to keep your cart on the inside of the hotel for safety"

And also lazy guests using carts to take items to rooms and than just leaving carts outside their rooms after using them. I don’t fault the staff as they aren’t supposed to roam the hallways every half hour searching for lazy guests carts. "Staff was ready for us upon our arrival. Being an Omni Select customer helped. Our check in process took about 2 minutes and we were off to our rooms. Other than being beside a stairwell door that was frequently used, we had a nice stay. Rooms were clean. HVAC worked flawlessly. Hot water took less than a minute for use. Free parking at the hotel and walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown. Ride share was never more than 5 minutes away."

"This hotel's staff was very helpful. He saw I had a wheelchair guest and offered to give us the accessible room, and at no extra charge. The tv remote was missing and he immediately brought me a remote. The room was clean and well maintained. Great experience and will absolutely stay there again for future nights if my son's dr appts necessitate an overnight. Great place!"
