"Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

"It was a bit daunting at first as you walk in as they must be doin decorating there but the apartment was nice and clean and very warm ,the staff was nice i also had message day before asking if they like to do anything for us so they ordered us transport from the airport and back again. Cant Fault them . The bar was nice too so was the roof top. The restaurant wasnt open only for big Venues i got told when we arrived so was gutted about that, it wasnt what we expected there as the pictures...

"We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"The hotel was within an easy direct walk from the train station, the old town square and the castle. Also close to several bridges to go across the river for interesting museums and sights there. Absolutely spoiled for choice on dining in the area. Also the Kazimierz has so much picturesque streets, squares and buildings. Shops for all needs were nearby, some open 24hrs. The staff at the hotel were all excellent and friendly. The lobby and rooms are very up to date, stylish and spotlessly clean. It’s as central as needed but conveniently tucked away to enjoy peace and quiet. If I return to Krakow I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Made a very memorable trip."

"My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we visited Krakow last year. The options available for the breakfast buffet were plentiful and delicious. I slipped during one of the city tours and sprained my knee. The receptionist staff member and his colleagues went above and beyond to call a cab to get me to the hospital and reserved the hotel room for the additional days as I had postpone my return trip. Thank you for very much to the staff member on duty in the early week of November 2024! They went above and beyond in making sure that we were well cared for and comfortable! Thanks again!"

Exceptional, stylish retreat in Kraków

"Where to start? PURO Kraków Kazimierz is exceptional, blending stylish design with thoughtful details. The ambiance is just as beautiful as in the photos. I loved the free coffee and the range of vegan breakfast options. The location is great, the pick-up point for my Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine tours was only five minutes away. It's a 25-minute walk to the old town and a short stroll to the charming Jewish Quarter - be sure to check out the nearby Sababa cocktail bar. It’s a perfect retreat from the more central tourist and shopping areas. The only downside of staying here is that you might be reluctant to leave and explore the city's attractions. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely book here again, but next time, I plan to allow more time in my itinerary to relax and enjoy the hotel. It deserves more time to be full experienced."
