"We arrived at 5:10 pm and no one was there. To get in we had to turn on our international phone service and spend $12 to make one call. An email had been sent while we were on the road, too late to be of any use. No elevator. Pillows were horrible. The room was soundproof so it was very quiet and we appreciated that. Room was clean, too. Breakfast was good. Easy to walk everywhere. "
