Generally excellent, but.....

The hotel was located in an area with good transport links. I found occasionally it was difficult in my chair with static electricity. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair at times. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs. I had written to the hotel about a couple of issues, butdid not get replies. The restaurant staff were always kind and helpful. The wifi was occasionally a bit hit or miss.

The only issue we had was that the air conditioning was not working. This is fair considering the temperatures we cool. The problem was the noise from the street made it hard to sleep

The hotel needs an upgrade, my room did smell of smoke and carpet was not vacuumed everywhere. Every morning at breakfast, I had to queue for 15 min before a table was available. The hotel was not able to cope with a full capacity. For a hotel of this category the food and the service was disappointing.

Der Fahrstuhl zum Wellness Bereich war defekt. Mein Vater mit Rollator konnte deshalb nicht mit zum Schwimmen bzw. Sauna. Das war sehr schade. Ansonsten war es super!

Von aussen und in der Lobby sieht das Hotel sehr gut aus aber die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind definitiv renovierungsbedürftig aber für den Preis trotzdem noch akzeptabel. Die Bettdecken allerdings sind nicht akzeptabel. Eine dünne Decke in einer Hülle, ein nogo. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, das ist empfehlenswert.

Alles war so gut wie es sein sollte. Haben leider nicht gesehen, dass Hunde auch ins Hotelzimmer rein dürfen… der Hund von Nachbar hat gut 3 Stunden gebellt… aber das war ja Silvester, konnte verstehen… also, wer Hunde hat, ist das Hotel top.

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben über Weihnachten mit Kleinkind guer übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Lage des Hotels ist super. In knapp 20 Minuten ist die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar.
