"The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. "As an American who has been to Europe 230 times, I know hotels. The Ibis styles was great. Five-minute tram ride from the main railway station, spotless rooms, friendly staff, and an absolutely great buffet breakfast, easily rivalling what you get in a 4-star hotel. Brilliant!"

"On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted warmly, given information about our stay and the Winter Garden for coffee etc. The room, whilst compact, was comfortable, and cleaned daily, bed turned and even though advised about not refreshing towels, was also done daily.
