Charming motel. Rooms are slightly snug but perfectly adequate and clean. There are a few stairs leading to the porch that fronts the rooms that are all on a single level. Easy drive to beach with pay parking lot. The continental plus breakfast food set up is indoors, the seating is outdoors at picnic tables and they have trays that you can carry your food back to your room in the event of rainy days. Overall charming.

A very nice clean quiet place. Pleasant staff. The continental breakfast was fine. No seating inside so you have to bring your breakfast to your room. Small selection but very well done.

This was a great affordable option a little ways outside of Ogunquit. The property is cute and clean, and the breakfast muffins are really good.

Everything was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the beds aren't queen beds so it's hard to put two people on them. Overall a great experience and i would recommend.

our small refrigerator leaked. The staff supplied paper towels but it leaked all night so we kept wiping it up. The room had two beds but one had no firmness, really sunk down so we shared a bed. The easy chairs in the room also sank down when you sat in them. The breakfast provided was o.k. but there was no place to eat inside but had picnic tables outside, but it was cold and windy that morning we ate there. The outside plantings were beautiful but we would not stay here again.
