We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! "The process from beginning to end was outstanding. Tanja was thoughtful and welcoming and made sure we were prepared for our time in Trier. The views of the town from the well-appointed deck and apartment were among the best I’d ever experienced. Groceries and public transportation are in ready reach and allowed for exploration of the ancient history of the region. Overall, an outstanding experience."

"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. "The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. Beds were comfy! Hot was was hot, which made for a good shower. There are a few cobwebs, but the spaces you touch were all fresh and clean. I would suggest a...

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."
