"Lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and everything was clean. Couple of negative things. 1. The walls in the rooms look like they are in the middle of a renovation. Cracks and dry wall patches galore. Apparently, according to the front desk it’s Croatian Chic. But, it just looks like they were too lazy to finish or ran out of money. 2. The design of the shower stall is extremely poor with water pouring under the shower door into the rest of the bathroom. "

"I tend to be very picky about where I stay and honestly I have zero complaints about Citadines. My room and the common areas were so clean, everything was fully stocked down to the tissues, check-in and check-out took seconds, and the mattress was quite frankly the comfiest place I’ve ever slept so if I ever find myself in Islington again, I know exactly where I’ll be staying! Worth the money, definitely."

"Everything was good. Except my door lock didn’t work and it took a few days to fix. Also there isn’t regular daily maid services. The carpet in the upstairs room was a bit dirty. And the bathroom upstairs had a strange configuration so it was tough to use the toilet. The water pressure was weak as well. But overall good place. "

"This place was conveniently located close to a Tube station that conveniently took us to our event at Wembley Stadium. The owners are very nice and easy to reach as well if needed.This is a great place for a maximum of 2-3 people only. Many restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance as well."

"Great stay here, we were given the chalet at the bottom of the garden. I loved how private and quiet this place is. The accommodation was clean and very well presented. Very comfortable bed. Very good location to the underground. Only one minor flaw was that became se the toilet works on a pump system there is a slight nasty niff from the bathroom, I would suggest some fragrance in the bathroom but as I said this is only a very minor nag. All in all great stay. Thank you Reuven 😀😀"

" The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. "A very nice hotel with nice grounds, the staff were great and the food better still. The gym is a big plus and is well kept. The room was clean and tidy only let down by only having 2 pillows on a double bed I'd expect 4 but other than that a great stay and I'd stay again."
