Welcome to our own "Bavarian Paradise" vacation home located on the ground floor. A peaceful retreat away from the loud downtown noise where you can relax in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home away from home. We have a beautiful electric fireplace that provides heat and wonderful ambiance or relax and lounge on the covered porch and patio.
Located in a very ideal quiet spot at Alpine Village so you can walk across the street to the Adventure Park, walk to the Bavarian Village or to the waterfront park. It is next door to the 18- hole golf course
Decorated with a beautiful new granite countertop, sink and stove, this fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The furnishings include 3 comfy queen beds and 2 bathrooms with showers, one is a tub/shower combo. Relax and watch the smart TV with basic cable, login to your streaming apps or use Blue Ray DVD in front of the new electric fireplace. Condo is equipped with a selection of Dvd’s. Included is high speed Wifi. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room plus a washer and dryer for your longer stays.
Laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap and body wash along with towels and linens are provided. Extra towels are under sinks. Hair dryer included with Iron and Ironing board.
A marked personal covered parking space is on the end with extra parking available in the parking lot and in the cul-de-sac for guests is included, or you can come by train and Leavenworth Shuttle/Taxi service and bring your bikes!

Great Place to Stay in Leavenworth!
Clean and comfortable for a group of three friends. Each room was comfortably furnished and I really appreciated that there were both ceiling fans and portable fans for those of us who like to sleep colder. The location is really convenient. Just a 10-15 min walk into town, and right across the street from the alpine coaster.We had a really nice stay here and would absolutely choose to stay in this condo again.

Mostly great, but for a few things
We arrived at the condo shortly after check in to find that the place had not been cleaned since the last guests. After getting ahold of the host, we were told the cleaners would come in an hour, to go spend time in town and that we would be refunded 1 night for the inconvenience. We also got “I’m out of town and this is not what I wanted on a Thursday”. Well sorry. The dishwasher also did not work and some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. We found broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher which may have been the reason. No big deal, we can wash dishes. I did text the host about this but never heard back. The condo itself is nice, well set up for guests and the living room is very comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things like salt but had plenty of pepper, but compared to some places it’s pretty well stocked. It’s a nice place to stay but the communication with the host is difficult.

The condo was near an outdoor adventure site. It was close to town, but our car enough to escape the noise and traffic. Even with in the condo complex, the location was set apart and private.

This was a lovely property and it was fully stocked with almost everything you need. It's located in the Washington entrance to the town. Pros - Clean, stocked well, host gave detailed instructions, easily accessible. 1 soft bed, one firm bed and one in the middle. Great parking spot. Cons - a/c is only in the main living area and didn't work well. No kettle. Can hear neighbors upstairs sometimes. *Vacation hint - if you want to do the river float go earlier in the season as it was really shallow late August.
