"Loved the program with gem packed activities in the castle. The stay was unique and dream like to be in a castle and we all loved it. Check-in wasn’t the best as the room was not ready at 2pm and I had to run up and down to the receptionist twice to get the key only after 2:30pm. I then had to go to the bar to get sugar for our tea that we were having in our room as there was none in the room. Overall though a lovely stylish clean venue with lovely big rooms.
