The Space:
Experience the rustic and countryside charm of Doobron Farmstay. Nestled in the serene town of Werris Creek, only 41 minutes away from the city of Tamworth. Where you can explore fascinating attractions like The Big Golden Guitar and Tamworth Regional Playground—perfect for family day outs.

Perched atop a hill, our cozy tiny house treats you to sweeping views of our stunning property and sits conveniently close to the golf course. Embark on a journey through breathtaking countryside vistas, passing through quaint towns like Quirindi and Willow Tree, offering a delightful blend of rural living with convenient access to supermarkets, cozy eateries, and an array of outdoor pursuits.

A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house, the outdoor bath, and its surroundings. However, our spa remains exclusive for private use.

- Continental Breakfast is available for an extra cost $15 per person
- Kindling Firewood Matches provided at extra cost $15
- Horse riding is available for extra cost $50 for half an hour
- Farm tour is available with no charge
- Outdoor bath is available to use

By car:

- 3 hrs drive from Newcastle
- 41 mins drive to Tamworth

By public transport:

- Train comes to Werris creek and we would pick up from there. We also have taxi service available.

- Pets are allowed by prior notice
- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Telstra and Optus have good signals, while the rest have no signals
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
