"This was an ideal location for our exploration of this corner of Belgium and also NE France. We were delighted with the house and the facilities provided and could not have asked for more. Welcomed by Marc, the host who showed us around and had some lovely suggestions of places to visit and eat, we then spent our week criss-crossing the region and enjoying everyday. So much to see and do - we didn't manage it all but that just gives us the opportunity to go back again."

"Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa...

"It was ‘okay’. Certainly not the best Citadines I’ve stayed at. There are stains, rips and it wasn’t to a high standard of cleaning, when you really looked. I hate interconnecting doors. Unless you are sharing that door with someone else. In this case I should have been as I made two bookings. I don’t understand why they didn’t do it. With those doors, noise and cooking smells travel. You could hear people clicking off lights! Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Property was very easy...

"Basic but perfect for our stay and good price for the Braderie weekend. Gives off university accommodation vibes and little bit tired decoration but large room, working modern lift, big bathroom and well equipped kitchen so would definitely recommend."

"La maison est grande et confortable : 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bains, un jacuzzi etc. Dans une rue calme, elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'agglomération (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Belgique). C'est une maison très bien adaptée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Attention toutefois aux escaliers qui sont assez raides, et qui peuvent causer des difficultés aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette maison."

"The hotel was ‘quirky’ - lots of ephemera around - pictures, ornaments etc. But that is why we chose it.The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.The lift was from an another era, but in a good way. The breakfast was ok. It was situated within walking distance of the main tourist destinations."
