"We enjoyed restful sleep because our room was behind the pool and the hotel was not crowded. There was a glitch with Expedia’s payment so out check-in was delayed until I spoke with customer service. I would like an explanation and/or a comp. from Expedia (good luck) for the mix up. "

"Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. However, maintenance did not fix the issue so family members in that room took showers in our room. Another room lacked toiletries essentials no toilet tissue and no...

"Id say I love the location of where me and my wife stayed. It wasn't too much and it was just the right amount of quiet to remind me why I miss Texas.. I lost the power in the middle of making dinner, yet throughout that all she provided amazing Intel and consistent communication. I say everything happens for a reason and I loved the stay.
