"My wife and I had a great experience. We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. From the point of entry and checking in to our departure was very smooth. Prior to our arrival, I had been communicating with Eni Pratiwi trying to understand how to prepare for our trip and requiring guidance on transportation and amenities offered at the Kimpton. This made our initial preparation and expectation easy since we knew what to expect. Upon arrival we were offered a nice drink and we were met with a smiling front desk staff member by the name of Sofia. She was very helpful getting us checked in and advising us on the resort. In fact she made our visit more special by sending us a bottle of wine and a personalized card to celebrate our anniversary. Throughout the week, the location of the beach, cleanliness of the hotel and beach was exceptional. We also found a location on the beach with trees and an umbrella to help my wife enjoy the beach since she is sensitive to the sun. We met Elton and Jimbo who took care of us while we were on the beach with fresh towels and advice on how to make the most of our time on the beach. Service was excellent when it came to getting drinks and food. The quality and price met our expectations as being reasonable for a resort. When we went to the breakfast buffet, the food is excellent"

"This was a very lovely and comfortable stay. Rose was absolutely wonderful and so welcoming - our flight came in late and she made sure we were all taken care of. The rooms were quaint and cute and staying at Rose's B&B felt like staying at a family member's house - welcoming and comfortable and full of care. The breakfast was delicious, would highly recommend! Thanks for everything!"
