"A group of 7 of us went to Santa Barbara for the weekend to run a 1/2 marathon and spend Mother's Day. House was perfect for us...great location close to restaurants, shopping & beach; extremely well equipped; room for us all; and we had the best time! I'd really give them a 4.5 for cleanliness as the floors were dirty and some dirty rags were left in the bathrooms but otherwise it was great. Beds were comfortable and I'd totally stay there again!"

"Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating!"
