Paid extra for 2 queen bed, given 1 king. 3 ladies in our group were enjoying a drink in the lobby sitting area around the fireplace and were asked to not drink alcohol in the public seating area or leave. Staff not friendly. Staff hard to understand and not kind people.

I stay here every year for doctor appointments because I have moved from the area. My only complaint is very dirty ceiling fans. The rest of the property is very clean though and people friendly.

There are 2 women that work there and are great but there is a couple at least appear to be a couple and are rude Carpets need to be cleaned

We had several problems. Every day the owner turned off the Wifi in the evening and didn't restore service till morning. We also had a clogged drain that the manager first wanted to blame us for. Then when I showed them the small plastic container someone had put under the sink, she could see that they had had the problem for some time. Water was all over the floor and most of the towels were wet. They did give us another room after we complained.

We were staying for a wedding in the area. We stayed one night at this hotel. Check in was smooth and quick. Later, we found the desk chair falling apart, floors all scratched up and the ceiling in the shower was caving in (ceiling was bulging down about one foot and had tissue paper shoved in it). Looked to be water damage. This room should not have been rented out until fixed. When we returned from the wedding around 10:30PM, we were in the lobby where there were gambling machines. The lady working the desk, Amber, was extremely unfriendly. The gambling machines would not pay out after 10PM and she just watched us play them without stopping us. Referred to a small sign on the wall with terrible instructions. In the morning, we went to get paid out for our winning and we were told we should not have played them after a certain time and they would not pay us. They should not have had the machine on or had a better sign describing this. After we walked to the truck, the manager came out and ended up paying us the money after all. All in all it was more stressful than relaxing at this hotel.

Front desk attendant was extremely friendly and sweet. The rooms were clean at first glance. The bathroom door did not close at all and the window was cracked across. Check out is at 11 and 8:30 am a housekeeper woke us up (checked in very late trying to sleep in)

The walls in our bathroom had stains on them there was no stopper in the bathtub so my small children couldn't take a bath and the floors in our room had big deep scratches in them.

The room was comfortable enough though the furniture was worn (desk chair “pleather” was peeling and the cabinets had signs of changes with infilled drill holes). Breakfast was good from a quality and selection standpoint, but staff was challenged in keeping it stocked with guests looking for utensils in the cabinets.
