A cozy hideaway with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and mountains views from all 3 levels. The house offers over 2000 square feet of space, including an open living room, a full kitchen and a basement hangout/game room. All levels offer their own unique amenities.

The property connects to the VAST snowmobile trail network, and is a short drive from downtown East Burke, Burke Mountain, The Kingdom Trails, Lake Willoughby and many other local NEK attractions.

The main floor is an entertainer's dream, boasting a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals and morning mimosas at the breakfast bar. The dining area opens to a living room centered around a smart TV above a wood stove. This floor also hosts two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a spacious deck with a gas grill.

The second floor contains three more bedrooms, another full bathroom and a master suite balcony. The basement is our favorite hangout area, featuring a smart TV, wood stove, dart board and card table. Venture outside to find our hot tub for some relaxing under the stars.

Perfect ski chalet!
We had an amazing time at the Abbot Hill Chalet! What a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. The house was in a private well maintained property, plenty of bedrooms, towels, soap, basics for cooking. The property was plowed and had plenty of firewood for 2 wood burning stoves. We loved the hot tub! and 2 living areas. Our girls loved the hills around the property for sledding. The hosts were very prompt with their communication and sent their handyman when we had an issue with a faucet. Thank you so much!!

Great getaway!
Great house, peaceful location. Very clean. No AC but it wasn’t unbearable with fans.

Nice place, great location for skiing
3 friends and I booked this place minute so we could ski northern VT. It's an easy hour's ride from Jay and just 30 min to Burke. Wood stove, Amazon Fire TV, and plenty of sleeping space were all pluses. The hot tub was a nice soak, but the jets basically didn't work. Cookware consists of the usual random assortment of medium-quality pots and pans with no lids. We made do but I wouldn't plan on any major meal prep unless the owners upgrade the cookware. Overall a great place to shower and rest between long days skiing.
