"The location is very convenient in accessing to shopping, foods, other things. The spa is good and included. Hotel foods are tasty with a good amount of choices, but almost the same dishes everyday. The breakfast has a late close at 11:00am. That’s good. However, the staff are not so patient and will rush you out at 11am. I often stay for 10-20 days and a few times a year. "My fiancé and I had a wonderful time here at Tianli. We stayed for an entire week and the staff has been nothing short of superb. The reception ladies stayed late and checked us in as we had some change of plans, and were extremely accommodating to our schedule. Though some area to improve : 1 - assigned room had no window 2 - sound from busy street outside can go in, 3 - unfortunately during the 1st night the balcony light was not turn-off by the hotel and really unpleasant to have restful sleep after coming from whole day activity. But over-all you still get your moneys worth."
