"We stayed at this lake house for a weekend away from our daily busy lives. This home was so relaxing and had the most incredible views. We enjoyed the outdoors with fishing off the dock and the cool evenings by the fireplace. The host was very responsive and communicated with the us throughout our stay whenever we had questions. "Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...

"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "

"My partner and I (both in our early 60’s) stayed here in the Fall. Crisp air. Lake and mtn views. Fire pit. House warm on cold nights. We brought our own pillows and quilts. We cozied up on the recliner couch with our quilts and watched movies. We baked cookies and made all of our meals. The oven runs about 25 degrees too hot so keep that in mind for baking. We will be back for sure!! Owners are the best!! We called for help with an issue and he was there so fast. We stayed an extra night....
