The only issues were minor 1. original door code didn't work - but got a new one via chat on my phone in minutes 2. ductwork made a loud noise when the heat went on and off - but i got used to it after the first night Staff was WONDERFUL - great concierge staff, online support excellent, service staff excellent. "only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. Also had issues with the only parking garage and parking spot hero trying (this is not the fault of expedia or the hotel!) just makes it frustrating trying to find parking not limited to 1hr on the street"

"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"Such a beautiful hotel with so many amenities. Room service breakfast was fabulous. Love the designer toiletries and the bath. Down comforter, fluffy robes and mini bar make this stay so luxurious. Check in process does take a while because staff seem to be trained to go over all the amenities in detail and there are so many. Everyone was so helpful and friendly."

"The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "
