"We’ve stayed at this hotel for a few years in a row in December. It’s always lovely and the staff is always great. However this year when we checked in to our room it clearly had not been vacuumed & there was debris all over the floor. And the mattress was hard as a rock. And very uncomfortable. Would stay again but in the renovated newer section with better beds. Pool was great as usual. "
