"We have stayed here several times for USC events. It is clean, beds are comfy, staff are kind and attentive. It is a bit outdated, but don’t let that turn you off. It’s CLEAN. That’s my one thing I will not cave for. I don’t want bugs, and after 5 stays, we’ve never experienced any. We’ve stayed at higher end hotels and have had horrible experiences. There’s a small breakfast in the am that’s free. There are have been instances of excessive noise, but we go in expecting it’s a hotel and not a private apartment, and also easily addressed. If you’re a parent or friend visiting USC, it’s a 15 min drive to campus or about 15-20 dollar Uber. Their prices are reasonable ( even for grad weekend) and are genuinely very kind people that own and run the hotel. We had 13 people stay there this past weekend with no complaints. "
