"Beautiful hotel by the beach without having to cross the dangerous road, heated pools, grill, room are nice to mentioned washer and dryer are available if you get a Villa."

"There was a incredible outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool. There were pool towels available too and all you had to do was return them. The room was nice but it wasn't 4 star quality I don't think. Even decent hotels have microwaves available for families but there was not one so it was inconvenient. The front desk staff wasn't easy to communicate too. He just seemed like a robot set to say the same things over and over again instead of understanding what the customer is saying and assisting...

"We spent one night here before a cruise. The hotel was very nice with a balcony overlooking the Gulf which was nice. The breakfast the following morning was excellent as well with hot and cold choices."
