The Kitchen provides everything you may need, for any length of stay. A full set of pots, pans and dishes will be just what you need for a wonderful home cooked meal. Need a cup of jo to get you going in the morning? A fully stocked coffee bar has you covered!

The 2 new memory foam king beds and 2 memory foam queen beds will be the perfect place to lay your head after a long day. Don't worry about bringing your shower supplies. We have you covered there. The 3 stocked bathrooms will have everything you need to get ready for the day, or a night out in Fargo.

If you just want to relax, both living rooms are furnished with 65" smart tv's, perfect for relaxing with the family. Log into your streaming service, or watch live local channels.

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. This includes the 2 stall garage and driveway, the deck and back yard, and the stocked laundry room. We are going to keep one closet locked with our supplies and personal belongings.

We like to provide a hassle free stay, so we have created a contact free check-in and check-out process. We are always available before, during or after your stay, but we will do our best to leave you alone so you can enjoy your time.

Nestled in a quiet young neighborhood, you will be located just one block away from the beautiful Brooks Harbor Elementary school, and have access to the public playground. Also near by is rendezvous park, which includes a variety of different activities, and bikes/walking paths.

A short drive south, you will find great restaurants and entertainment, including The Lights, Bar Down, Mas Tequila, and Randy's Diner 2. Just minutes away you will find, the Scheels Arena, Sanford hospital, Costco, and a many many other eating & drinking establishments.
Although we would like you to enjoy your time, Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited. Parties will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, garage or on the deck. Evidence of smoking will result in additional fees for cleaning.
