Modern light chalet 15km from Alkmaar

These detached accommodations in Resort de Rijp are all built in typical Zaandam style.

You can choose from different, comfortably furnished types. The L-shaped, 6-person De Rijp type (NL-1487-03) is very spacious. The Waterland type offers the choice between a 6-person (NL-1487-04) and an 8-person villa (NL-1487-06). The 8-person Marken type (NL-1487-12) has a special design and the house is built on posts by the water. The chalets NL-1487-16 and NL-1487-18 are two 4-person types with similar comfort levels. Are you looking for a modern 6-person chalet with three bedrooms, then the NL-1487-17 is an ideal choice.

All chalets are completely ground level. Each accommodation features a spacious garden and terrace with garden furniture.

There are also various types of detached chalets; from 4-person to 12-person and from basic to luxury.

The pool is closed for maintenance until April, 30th 2022.

my opinion on my stay was catastrophic we slept outside because the email of your site did not show so no person code to receive us then return the next day the same thing happened total panic luckily the manacher came for a tv then in interview with you we no longer unblocked the situation but it's not over return to go look for the key still no key anyway we can't sleep in the keys we have a tar in the evening thank you for the night plus is the little next to the manager to end up very disappointed

Wunderschöner Park, Haus aber nicht das, welches bei der Buchung angezeigt wurde. Außen total dreckig, Spinnen, dass man Balkontür nicht öffnen konnte. Nach Reklamation keine Reinigung. Auch innen war es nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Spinnen überall und Schränke staubig. Bad mit Haaren von Vormietern. Schade. Umgebung super, wunderschöne.

Prinzipiell ordentliche Übernachtung wie beschrieben. Durch sehr enge Belegung war nicht absehbar und buchbar ,wo das Haus sich befindet. Wir hatten Glück und waren relativ gut abgegrenzt.Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit im Haus waren nicht zu beanstanden.

Der Park war recht schön angelegt. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und bemüht. Das Ferienhaus hingegen war eine Zumutung! Es war wie später im Kleingedruckten zu lesen nicht das Haus auf den Bildern bei der Buchung. Von Aussen war der erste Eindruck ok aber Innen war alles abgewohnt und schäbig. Die Schranktüren in den Schlafzimmern gingen teilweise nicht zu öffnen und in der Küche fiel eine Tür beim Öffnen sogar ab! Der Kühlschrank war schmutzig und roch unangenehm und im Gefrierschrank lagen noch angetaute Eiswürfelbeutel! Diese Liste ließe sich leider noch fortführen!

Wir sind einfach nur maßlos enttäuscht und sauer! Da freut man sich riesig auf einen Urlaub mit Freunden und dann so einen Reinfall. 1. Man erhält nur eine Karte für die Schranken, somit kann nur ein Auto zum Haus fahren um alles auszupacken. Wenn man mit mehreren Familie da ist, ist das ein totaler langer Aufwand und obwohl zwei Autos locker auf die Auffahrt passen. 2. Das Haus was wir gebucht und im Endeffekt bekommen haben, sind zwei verschiedene Welten! Auch wenn im Text steht, dass man nicht das abgebildete Objekt erhält, sollte trotzdem die Quadratmeter und Etagen Zahl stimmen! Das hat rein gar nichts mit dem zu tun, welches wir buchten. 3. Ich sage nur EKELHAFT! Ich habe noch NIE in meinem ganzen Leben sooo eine eklige und dreckige Wohnung/Haus hervorgefunden. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit, das man 55€ Reinigungsgebühren bezahlt und da drin einfach mal nie drin gereinigt wird! Die ganzen Wände voller toter Mücken und spinnen (und was für grosse spinnen). Überall Staub, spinnenweben, tote Tiere hinter den schränken, schimmel und schmutz im Bad, die ganze Küche war so am stinken und kleben, der Kühlschrank und backofen war eine Zumutung. Der Müll und die abgezogene Bettwäsche von den vor Besuchern wurde einfach vor die Tür geschmissen und war bei unsere Ankunft noch da. Der steg am Wasser war so morsch und teilweise sind Bretter abgebrochen gewesen, das ist sooooo gefährlich mit Kindern! Das schlimme an der ganzen Sache: wir waren mit zwei Babys da. Das eine lernte gerade zu krabbeln und das andere zu laufen - bei so einen ekelhaften Haus wollten und konnten wir unser Kinder nirgends laufen/krabbeln lassen. Am liebsten wären wir sofort wieder abgereist. Und ein Tipp: Packt euch Mückenschutz ein, die Viecher sind so aggressiv. Wir hatten in jedem Zimmer 20 Mücken und sind jeder mit 30 Mückenstichen nach Hause gefahren.

Belvilla (Aan Zee) moet begrijpen dat als men bij het huisje arriveert wat niet datgene is wat men gedacht geboekt te hebben, Belvilla direct met 1-0 achterstaat. Niet alleen het interieur kan verschillen van de foto, maar je krijgt een kleiner en minder mooi huisje dan waar je mee wordt 'gelokt'. Dan was het huisje niet schoon, waren er kamers waar de ramen niet open konden en het dus erg warm was en niet fris rook. Dat laatste is een absolute understatement voor het toilet, daar hing een verschrikkelijke urinelucht. Om positief te eindigen, de leefruimte was ok en de tuin prima. Het park is leuk met genoeg vertier voor kinderen. De prijs van het eten in het restaurant is aan de hoge kant, maar de kwaliteit is goed en de bediening is aardig.

Sicher haben Sie bemerkt, dass wir früher als geplant abgereist sind. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war, war es in dem Haus sehr kalt bei der Rückkehr. Bei der Ankunft war die Dame am Empfang nicht sehr bemüht hilfreich zu sein. Bei der Abreise die Dame war sehr viel freundlicher. Außerdem sind die Matratzen sehr schlecht.
