"Stayed overnight whilst visiting Alton Towers. Every member of staff that we dealt with was so friendly and helpful, the reception staff went above and beyond. Room was great, perfect for our family. Swimming pool was enjoyed and the breakfast was nice. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again. "

"Polite friendly staff Spotless room very comfortable Very good value especially booking at the last minute like I did Bar open 24/7 and food available 24/7 even though it is not a major hotel none of that self-check in nonsense they had a real human there to do it for you breakfast was available at the hotel but there are loads of places nearby in the town centre you can get food There is a Tesco Express right next door Maybe a bit dated but I like older places better in lots of ways because they do not have new fangled taps and all this rubbish there was a load of scaffolding outside the hotel and you cannot see what it is and I only found out because the cab driver knew it I did not like the fact that you had to use your room key card to operate the lift when you were inside it, it made me panic a bit in case it didn't work bathroom was in this kind of pod thing so there was a fairly large step down and this made me a bit anxious I was going to forget about it and fall down it you could probably get a room without one of these if you asked for an accessible room "
