"For the most part the stay was ok but for the hotel to be as upscale as it was I didn’t have a view of anything except the other guest rooms of the hotel. My tv didn’t have and access to the full services and the hotel staff wasn’t trained adequately trained to resolve the issue. I left the room in the same condition I received it in besides the bed was unmade and I used the towels. I was only given a portion of my deposit back. "

"I loved the hotel and our room with the balcony. The only downside was that our thermostat was broken. When we first walked in the room it was 72° and we tried turning it down and the thermostat didnt respond. We told the front desk and they sent someone up right away. The nice gentleman worked on it for over 30 min and had to replace the thermostat. It worked for a little bit but then we woke up to our room being almost 80° while the temperature said it was 60°.
