"the bungalow was clean and comfortable a little on the small side for us, would have liked a dressing table for hair and makeup and a full length mirror. The garden was perfect and our little dog loved it. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses and dishes. We were lucky with the weather and were able to go out to different places. Overall a nice place to stay."

"We wanted to stay close to Goodwood for the revival festival. We found this great place to stay. A really nice living room with a kitchen area , a shower room and a cosy bedroon. We even had a small courtyard to use exclusively. Highly recommend "

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"it is a lovely property in a superb location. We were extremely lucky with the weather. Only problem we had was the steps at the front - as 2 80 year olds it was a difficult job getting up the steps. especially with any baggage. Luckily our son stayed initial weekend to settle us in and returned to carry everything out. t would be a help to older people if there was a right hand rail, and perhaps rubber strips on the steps. but overall a lovely week"

"8 adults aged from 25 to 63! Chance for annual family get together. Lovely comfy house, plenty of room for us all to be together or sit quietly. Lovely garden with lots of squirrels to watch scurrying around & a nice park opposite too! Lovely stroll to the ferry and short crossing over to Gunwharf for a bit of retail therapy, lunch and boat watching! Nice dining table for evening of board games! Really comfy beds and good showers & baths! Easy to get a take away delivered and clear instructions...

"Booking this holiday with Expedia turned out costly for us, we booked this hotel as it was dog friendly but when we arrived and they saw our dog they was you haven’t booked a dog but there was nowhere to prebook on the Expedia site. We didn’t mind paying £15 per night for dog but they also charged us £20 per night for having to change our room "
